The use of the Orbital Odyssey Discord Bot and website requires the collection of certain user and server data. Use of the Bot or website is considered an agreement to the terms of this Policy.
User IDs of users that interact with the bot. Usernames of users that interact with the bot. The IDs of the Attack channel and General channel defined with /setup. Guild IDs of guilds that have used /setup. Timestamps of last sent messages, plus the ID of the message author. Progression data of the game, including but not limited to in-game balance, experience, and items.
The Orbital Odyssey website uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. When you choose to log in via the website, the following applies:
User IDs are needed to save your progress in the game and to authenticate your website session. Guild and channel IDs are needed for crate drops and /attack messages. Usernames, experience, and level are used on the /leaderboard and are publicly available. Message timestamps are used to determine when free crates drop.
All collected data is only available to the Orbital Odyssey Development Team.
No data is sold or provided to any third parties. Discord OAuth2 authentication communicates directly with Discord's API servers; no intermediaries are used.
The use of the Bot is not permitted for minors under the age of 13, or under the age of legal consent for their country. This is in compliance with the Discord Terms of Service. No information will be knowingly stored from an underage user. If it is found that a user is underage, we will take all necessary action to delete the stored data.
At any time, you have the right to request to view the data pertaining to your Discord account. You may join our Support Server to request this data. You also have the right to request the removal of your data.
